Our product portfolio includes ECG machines , Ultrasound systems , ICU Ventilators , Oxygen Generators , and other life-saving technologies. We are expanding our team to strengthen our presence in Eastern India , and are looking for dynamic professionals who are passionate about improving healthcare through technology and service. 🎯 Role Overview As a Sales & Service Executive , you’ll play a dual role— driving sales of healthcare equipment and providing after-sales support . This includes working closely with doctors, hospital admins, biomedical teams, and technicians to deliver value-based solutions and maintain long-term relationships. 📌 Key Responsibilities 🔹 Sales Promote a range of critical care and diagnostic equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic labs, and nursing homes Generate and follow up on sales leads across assigned territories Conduct product demos and presentations to medical staff and procurement departments Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and submit timely reports 🔧 Service Install and configure medical equipment at client sites Conduct preventive maintenance, on-site troubleshooting, and repairs Provide hands-on training to end-users (nurses, technicians, doctors) Maintain service logs and ensure SLA compliance Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support ✅ Candidate Profile Experience: 2–5 years in sales or technical service of healthcare or medical equipment Education: Diploma/Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or similar technical background Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with field travel across assigned territory Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-focused 🌟 What We Offer Competitive base salary + sales incentives Travel & mobile reimbursement Ongoing training on healthcare technologies Supportive, mission-driven work culture Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding healthcare company 📬 Interested?
