Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Lucknow, with some flexibility for remote work. The specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, generating sales, and implementing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, conducting product training sessions, managing sales operations, and exploring new business opportunities to meet revenue targets. Collaborative work with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with company goals will also be required.

Qualifications

• Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets effectively.
• Experience in Training and mentoring to enhance team performance and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and overcome challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and analytical software is an advantage.
• Understanding of the edible oil or FMCG industry is a plus.
