Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase products and network with potential clients is also a crucial aspect of the role. To stay competitive in the market, you must stay informed about advancements in the foundry, casting, and machine shop industry, including new technologies and techniques. Familiarity with costing and price settlement within the automobile sector and details of costing of machine shop and foundry is required. **Education**: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. **Experience**: - Minimum of 12 years of experience. - Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the foundry, casting, or machine shop industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Creativity and innovation in developing sales and marketing strategies.,
