Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and delivering sales training. Additional tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing sales accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to deliver effective Training sessions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the MEP contracting or related industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software tools
