Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist (Full-Time, On-site)

Location:

  • Posting: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
  • Vijay Nagar, Behind C21 Mall, Opposite C3 Hospital, Indore.

Role Overview

We are seeking a result driven, performance-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist who will play a crucial role in driving training business growth across both strategic and operational fronts. The ideal candidate should be a proactive individual who can seamlessly integrate marketing and sales efforts, contribute to lead generation, student engagement, digital marketing, and website optimization from an SEO perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary and most critical task exceeding the sales/revenue target including college workshop, mass training in cyber security.
  • Responsible for enhancing and optimizing website to increase traffic and generate quality leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on lead generation, campaign planning, and execution.
  • Engage in student counselling and manage queries related to training programs and events.
  • Contribute to digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and online campaigns.
  • Maintain revenue and collection records, track business leads, and update CRM/sales sheets. • Design banners, flyers, and other marketing materials for promotions and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with students for webinars, seminars, and batch announcements.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve training effectiveness and student satisfaction.
  • Drive sales for corporate training, classroom training, and online programs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets and revenue goals.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
