Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute localized marketing strategies that align with overall brand goals. Drive regional marketing campaigns including offline events, digital promotions, partnerships, and activations. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor insights within Gujarat. Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support regional sales targets. Manage regional social media activities, influencer outreach, and localized content creation. Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and event organizers for on-ground activities. Track performance metrics (ROI, engagement, leads, conversion) and present analytical reports. Adapt and implement national marketing materials for regional relevance and impact. Oversee regional marketing budgets, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-efficiency. Represent the brand at local events, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry forums. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to regional or field marketing roles. In-depth knowledge of the Gujarat market, local language (Gujarati), and consumer preferences. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute regional campaigns independently. Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel across cities in Gujarat as needed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling B2B travel agent inquiries, developing strong business relationships, closing sales, and ensuring smooth communication between agents and internal operations. Handle B2B inquiries related to international travel packages (e.g., Dubai, Bali, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and B2B partners. Promote and upsell travel products, packages, and services to travel agents. Respond to queries via email, calls, or WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner. Prepare customized international travel itineraries and quotations based on client requirements. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Negotiate prices and terms with partners to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Maintain records of all interactions, bookings, and agent feedback.
