Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gwalior for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relations, training sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities. Key tasks include conducting market research, executing campaigns, and representing the company at industry events to expand client networks.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and ensure satisfaction
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive business growth
Ability to deliver Training and mentoring to sales teams to enhance their performance and knowledge
Proficiency in crafting and executing marketing strategies to support company objectives
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in the automotive or related industries is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
