Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site role at our location in Indore. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and managing client accounts to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in training and guiding the sales team and ensuring optimal customer service and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the team to drive business growth and promote our product offerings effectively. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers and address their needs effectively. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet targets and develop sales plans. Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams, fostering growth and performance improvements. Strategic marketing knowledge and the ability to implement innovative sales and marketing solutions. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site work environment in Indore. Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer insights to drive decision-making. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
