Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's shipping solutions, managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and providing training to new sales staff. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with clients, negotiating deals, preparing sales reports, and developing marketing strategies to attract new customers.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and Sales Management skills
• Ability to provide Training and support to sales staff
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

18K to 25K based on experience and travel allowance + sim will be given, within the Hyderabad.
