Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Amritsar. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, conducting market research, and managing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include handling sales operations, providing excellent customer service, and training new sales staff. The specialist will also be involved in managing sales targets and ensuring the execution of sales plans.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to conduct Training for new sales staff
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the grooming or FMCG
