Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Rajkot. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting sales training sessions. Additional responsibilities include sales management and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to provide Training to sales staff
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the agriculture or manufacturing industry is a plus
