Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with prospective clients through field visits, cold calls, events, and digital platforms
  • Understand client requirements and propose the right pump or power solution from brands like

    Wilo, CG, Cummins, Sudhir

    etc.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to generate quotations, follow up on orders, and track delivery timelines
  • Maintain CRM systems and keep accurate records of interactions, leads, and opportunities
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns (online/offline) and branding initiatives
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking forums such as BNI or industry events
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Regularly report performance metrics and market insights to the senior leadership

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or client servicing (Freshers with high motivation may also apply)
  • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation
  • A basic understanding of technical products (especially pumps or power systems) is a plus
