𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer Interns to support our design team in creating engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in the design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and user testing. This is an unpaid internship for 3 months, focused on helping you build practical skills and expand your design portfolio.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with developers and other designers to turn concepts into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and contribute ideas for improving usability.

- Create and maintain design assets, style guides, and component libraries.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and team discussions to develop creative solutions.

- Support usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking.

- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.

- Ability to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive designs.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Eagerness to learn and accept constructive feedback.

- A portfolio of previous design work (academic, personal, or freelance projects) is a plus.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐆𝐚𝐢𝐧:

- Hands-on experience working on real design projects with guidance from experienced designers.

- Opportunity to develop a strong design portfolio.

- Exposure to user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, product managers).

- A letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the internship.
