Sales and Marketing Representative

You are a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for handling direct client interactions, managing work order agreements, allocating tasks efficiently, and executing fieldwork across multiple locations. You will engage directly with clients to understand their requirements and close deals, handle the entire sales cycle from lead generation to work order agreement, prepare, negotiate, and finalize client agreements and work orders, allocate resources, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery. You will travel to various client locations as per project demands, maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and contribute to marketing campaigns when required. Additionally, you will submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback. Your strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to manage client relationships effectively, experience with work order documentation and agreement handling, willingness to travel and work across multiple locations, self-motivated with a results-driven approach, and excellent communication and presentation skills will play a crucial role in your success in this role. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is required. Immediate joiners will be given preference for this full-time position. The work location is in Thane, Maharashtra, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days a week (Sunday fixed off). The salary offered is between 30,000 to 35,000 per month with Provident Fund benefits.,
