About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with proven experience in the interior design or architectural sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our design services and solutions in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads and convert potential clients into active projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.

Present company products, services, and design solutions to clients with strong technical understanding.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote brand visibility and increase sales.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Manage social media and digital marketing activities (optional based on requirement).

Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings.

Track sales performance and submit regular reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory: Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture, Modular Kitchens, or Building Materials industry.

Strong understanding of design concepts, materials, finishes, and construction terminology.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record in sales, client development, and project coordination.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.

Valid driving license (preferred).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
