Sales and Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:Sales:

• Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, visits, and networking.
• Present company products to clients and explain technical specifications (e.g., hardware, fasteners, IMTP, etc.).
• Prepare and send quotations, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into sales.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Visit industrial regions, plants, and project sites for business development.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales service.

Marketing:

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote company products.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
• Assist in preparing brochures, product catalogs, and digital content.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Manage the company’s online presence (social media, website, etc.).
• Collect customer feedback and share insights for product improvement or strategy refinement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing (preferably in industrial or manufacturing sector).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and client requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools; familiarity with digital marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client visits, exhibitions, and outstation meetings.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of stainless steel fasteners, industrial components, or project supply is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• Team player with a proactive approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,050.05 - ₹15,000.00 per month
