Sales and Marketing Manager (Lighting Sales)

Role Overview: As the Sales and Marketing Manager for the luxury lighting segment, your primary focus will be on acquiring and managing high-end clients, such as architects, interior designers, and developers. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, nurturing relationships, and leading a team of designers and site coordinators. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard premium clients, including architects, interior designers, and luxury property developers. - Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to boost sales of premium lighting solutions. - Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals. - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings. - Collaborate closely with architects and designers to deliver customized lighting solutions. - Work with the design team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. - Supervise project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to guarantee client satisfaction. - Address client issues promptly to maintain high service standards. - Lead and guide a team of designers and site coordinators. - Ensure effective coordination among sales, design, and execution teams. - Provide training and support to enhance team performance. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years experience in high-end lighting, interior design, or luxury real estate sales. - Extensive network of architects, interior designers, and premium clientele. - Proficient in negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Ability to lead teams and drive high-value sales. - Knowledge of lighting trends, design aesthetics, and project management.
