Job Description

As a Sales Manager focusing on institutional clients, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth, increase market share, and maximize revenue from institutional clients. This involves identifying and acquiring new institutional clients such as construction companies, contractors, architects, and builders through prospecting, lead generation, networking, and relationship building. You will be expected to manage and nurture relationships with key institutional clients to maximize sales opportunities. Conducting meticulous market research to identify potential institutional clients and industry trends will be crucial for your success in this role. A prime focus will be on client retention through regular communication, addressing client concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Developing a thorough knowledge of the company's products will enable you to provide seamless resolution to client queries. Your responsibilities will also include sales forecasting and reporting, analyzing sales data and performance to identify areas of improvement for the team. Timely and accurate sales reports must be prepared for uplines and delegated managers/HODs without fail. Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies targeting institutional clients is essential. You will also be required to enhance organizational visibility by participating in trade fairs, conferences, architect meetups, and other relevant events. Monitoring and developing the team through periodic training and encouraging upselling and cross-selling will be part of your role. Increasing the organization's virtual visibility through various social media platforms is another key aspect of this position. This is a full-time job with benefits including cell phone and internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund. The schedule is day shift with performance and yearly bonuses offered. You must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably with 5 years of experience in sales and marketing and a total of 9 years of work experience. Possession of a two and four-wheeler license is preferred, along with a willingness to travel 75% of the time. The work location is in person, requiring reliable commuting or relocation to Kozhikode, Kerala.,
