Sales Growth & Business Development within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships
Monthly sales planning and forecasting to meet sales targets and business objectives
Draft proposals and engage in negotiations to close deals
Manage B2B, B2C, or direct sales channels, depending on the segment
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to specific customer needs and market trends

Required Candidate Profile:

Experience in the Genset industry, specifically in sales for 2KV to 1000KV gensets
Sales experience across different segments (e.g., industrial, commercial, etc.)
