Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our online retail operations and drive sales growth. Working as part of the digital marketing team (6 member team), you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce platforms (Magento 2, Amazon, Ebay, Tik tok, Diy.com, Onbuy.com, Temu, Tesco), optimising product listings, and enhancing conversion rates to maximise revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Ensure all listings are listed with good quality on all live marketplace channels.
  • Regularly develop new marketplace channels, and ensure all products get listed.
  • Manage product merchandising, including category structure, pricing and promotions.
  • Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to improve site performance.
  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with marketing, UX and development teams to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Research new technology and industry best practices in accordance to coordinating with our in house web developers for implementation.
  • Monitor competitor activity.

About the Candidate

We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual with a passion for e-commerce. You will enjoy being part of a thriving and busy team and also be confident in your skillset.

Someone who has a thorough understanding of all UK marketplace channels, such as Amazon, Ebay, Tik Tok, Temu etc.

Your skills/experience:

  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Executive/Trading Manager or similar role.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, and heatmaps.
  • Familiarity with Magento platforms.
  • Solid understanding of online listings, CRO, and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, or email marketing.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and demand forecasting.
  • Knowledge of 3rd party marketplaces such as Amazon, Ebay etc
  • Ability to see tasks through.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Someone who can drive efficiency of the current team.
  • Degree qualified.
  • Proven management experience.
  • Proved sales track record.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
