Other duties include creating and printing shipping labels, answering customer calls and ensuring all customer orders are dispatched within the timeframe required. Required: - Adequate quality and speed in typing - Adequate use of Office (Excel, Word etc) Customer service experience is preferred. Proficiency of English is a must Job Duties: Answer incoming customer inquiries Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies. Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: UK shift Weekend availability Application Question(s): Are you available to join immediate?
