Beacon Organic Chemicals specializes in the manufacturing of API Intermediates, Fine Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, and Agro-Chemical Intermediates. With expertise in Bromination, Chlorination, Friedel Crafts products, as well as various other chemistries, we undertake contract manufacturing for reputed clients. Beacon operates three manufacturing facilities in Prakasha (MH), Nardana (MH), and Ankleshwar (GJ), with a fourth unit upcoming in Sayakha (GJ).

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager located in Ankleshwar. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales teams, and identifying new market opportunities. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing market trends, liaising with clients, and coordinating product sales activities. The role also involves tracking sales performance, forecasting demand, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical industry
• Strong market research and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ankleshwar
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting
• High organizational and planning skills
