Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote accounting and outsourcing services.

Explain services clearly and professionally to prospective leads.

Maintain and update CRM with call status and follow-ups.

Generate leads and set up appointments for the business development team.

Handle queries and provide accurate information about services.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).

Basic understanding of accounting services or willingness to learn.

Prior tele calling or BPO experience is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and ability to handle rejection.
