We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our team and assist in expanding our client base. As a Telecaller for Accounts Outsourcing Services, you will be based in Dombivli on a full-time basis with a required experience of 02 years in the Accounting/Financial Services industry. The salary offered ranges from 8K to 10K along with incentives. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential clients to promote our accounting and outsourcing services, articulately explaining our services to prospective leads, updating the CRM with call status and follow-ups, generating leads, setting up appointments for the business development team, handling queries, and delivering accurate information about our services. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass with a preference for graduates, possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a bonus), have a basic understanding of accounting services or a willingness to learn, and ideally have previous experience in telecalling or BPO. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is essential, along with a positive attitude, persuasive skills, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
