About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Interns to join our team in Visakhapatnam. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and public relations. As an intern, you will collaborate with our team to drive business growth and gain valuable industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Contribute to public relations efforts to enhance company visibility.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations to build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and market trends.
• Learn and understand the core features, tools, and user flow of Reaidy.io.
• Conduct outreach to colleges, students, and placement cells to introduce the platform.
• Demonstrate platform usage and onboarding process to new users.
• Assist in campus engagement activities, seminars, and awareness sessions.
• Work with the internal team to manage leads, track progress, and maintain follow-ups.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
• Support social media & marketing campaigns when required.
• Guide and manage student ambassadors / campus promoters.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and update team managers.

Based on your performance during the internship, you may be considered for a full-time position after the completion of the internship period.
