Sales and Marketing Internship

Role Overview: You will be joining NoBrokerHood as a full-time on-site Sales and Marketing Intern, located in various locations such as Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Noida, Pune, Chennai, and Ahmedabad. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in sales and marketing activities, communicating with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to sales strategies. Additionally, you may be involved in training new team members and supporting sales management tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to promote the brand. - Conduct field visits to societies, residential complexes, and local markets to generate leads and build awareness. - Support in organizing promotional activities, campaigns, and events to increase brand visibility. - Manage and grow the brand's presence on digital platforms through content creation and engagement. - Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends. - Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer feedback, and campaign performance data. - Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth execution of branding and sales initiatives. - Interact directly with potential customers, explain product/service benefits, and support in achieving sales targets. - Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing and sales activities. Qualifications Required: - Candidate should be pursuing the final year of graduation or have completed graduation (freshers preferred). - Must possess a valid two-wheeler with a driving license for field activities. - Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) will be an added advantage. - Willingness to travel for field visits and meet targets.,
