Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage exhibition visitors to explain Your Tarot India’s services.
• Deliver short, impactful sales pitches and build instant trust.
• Convert walk-in visitors into paying clients through on-spot bookings.
• Maintain accurate visitor records for follow-ups and lead management.
• Assist in stall setup, visitor flow management, and smooth event execution.
• Promote exhibition-exclusive offers and discounts to maximize conversions.
• (Plus Advantage) Assist in

  shooting behind-the-scenes content, short reels, or client testimonials

  during events.
• (Plus Advantage) Support in managing

  basic social media engagement

  to amplify event presence.

Requirements

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
• Confident in approaching strangers and striking up conversations.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Target-driven mindset with willingness to achieve daily/weekly goals.
• Positive energy, professional appearance, and team spirit.
• Prior experience in

  sales, exhibitions, or events

  is preferred but not mandatory.
• (Bonus) Knowledge of social media trends, basic video shooting/editing, or content creation is a plus.
