esponsibilities:

• Promote Rupee Fincare's financial services including loans, insurance, SIPs & mutual funds
• Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms, WhatsApp, Instagram, and peer outreach
• Work on trust-based sales strategy using our training and tools
• Handle customer queries and guide them towards the right financial product
• Participate in weekly meetings and training sessions on financial sales
• Share promotional content and drive engagement in social/community circles (college, PGs, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups)
• Maintain lead tracking sheets and submit regular reports
  

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic understanding of finance (loans, insurance, investments)
• Social media marketing (Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn)
• Proactive attitude and interest in sales
• Teamwork and reporting discipline
• CRM or Google Sheets familiarity (optional)
