Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain client databases and CRM systems.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Help prepare presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
• Support agents with client follow-ups, documentation, and policy-related queries.
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports on marketing and sales efforts.
