Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Intern based in Gurugram, with a combination of in-office and remote work. The intern will support the sales and marketing team by assisting with customer engagement, sales strategies, market research, and client communication. Additional responsibilities include organizing and delivering training, addressing customer inquiries, and contributing to sales management tasks to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and Sales Management to support successful strategies and achieve targets.
• Ability to assist in Training and onboarding processes for team members or clients.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly motivated to work in a hybrid environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with the luxury goods or fragrance industry is a plus.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred.
