Key Responsibilities

Follow up with prospects and clients on a daily basis.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and related sales documents.
Source and compile new leads through online research and industry platforms.
Keep CRM/ERP records updated with leads, opportunities, and quotations.
Coordinate with internal team to support smooth sales operations.

Requirements

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace; willingness to learn CRM/ERP tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
Graphic Design skill is a plus.
