Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Marketing and Sales Interns to join our team for a
3-month internship program. The selected candidates will play a key role in reaching out to
colleges and universities to establish collaborations, organizing seminars, and promoting our
brand. This internship is ideal for individuals who have strong communication and convincing
skills and are eager to learn and grow in the field of marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential colleges and universities for collaboration
opportunities.
Assist in negotiating and finalizing collaboration agreements with educational
institutions.
Support the planning and execution of co-branded events, seminars, and
workshops at partner colleges.
Call potential students/leads provided by the marketing team.
Provide detailed information about our cybersecurity training courses and offerings.
Convince and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects through calls, messages, or emails.
Maintain proper records of calls, feedback, follow-ups, and conversion reports.
Handle inquiries via inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Coordinate with the sales/admissions team for smooth onboarding of students.
Maintain excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Education:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration,
Communications, or a related field.
● Communication Skills:
○ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas
clearly and persuasively.
○ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with
diverse stakeholders.
● Convincing Skills:
○ Ability to confidently approach and persuade potential partners to collaborate and
participate in events.
