Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales team and drive marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the paint industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
2. Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
4. Oversee and coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, trade shows, and promotional events.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
6. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment with market needs.
7. Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management.
8. Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the paint or related industry.
2. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements in the paint sector.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals.
5. Educational Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Chemical, Civil, Paint, MBA, marketing, etc.
