Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive based in Hyderabad. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will drive sales initiatives, manage customer relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, conducting marketing campaigns, providing product training to clients, and overseeing sales management processes to achieve company objectives. Successful candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales and marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BBA/Marketing preferred) with strong local market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and tech proficiency in CRM tools, focused on target-driven results and relationship building; an MBA is an added advantage for managerial roles.

• 1 to 5 years of proven sales experience.

• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management for achieving and exceeding targets
• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and support clients effectively
• Relevant experience in real estate sales and marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
• Exceptional teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
