You are a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive joining a real estate team. Your role involves generating leads, closing sales, and promoting real estate projects through effective marketing strategies. - Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial real estate projects - Conduct site visits and client meetings - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties - Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets - Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and site events - Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners - Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records - Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitors You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred), proven experience in real estate sales or marketing, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, a target-oriented and customer-focused approach, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
