They manufacture innovative secondary/tertiary products like corrugated shippers and accessories, replacing wood items with hard corrugated boards. The company exports products to countries like Brazil, Sri Lanka, and the USA, serving various industries such as food, pharma, FMCG, and automobile industries across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Promote the company’s packaging solutions and services to customers.

Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (packaging / B2B sales preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
