Job Summary:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients for
FTL (Full Truck Load)
services across various industries
Develop a deep understanding of client logistics needs and offer tailored FTL transport solutions
Generate leads through market research, cold calling, and field visits
Handle rate negotiations, quotation preparation, and contract closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, manufacturers, and distributors
Coordinate with the operations team for execution and service fulfillment
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the FTL segment
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Key Requirements:

Mandatory:
Minimum 1 - 3 year of experience in
FTL (Full Truck Load) logistics sales
Strong knowledge of road transport pricing, fleet types, and client segments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits
Educational Qualification: Any degree (Preferred: Business / Logistics / Supply Chain)
