About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing stationery distribution business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling B2B sales with wholesalers and retailers, managing relationships, and driving growth in Lucknow and nearby towns. The role requires field visits, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the stationery market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage strong relationships with stationery wholesalers and retailers in Lucknow and surrounding cities. Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients. Meet monthly sales targets and follow up on payments from clients. Regularly travel to nearby towns for market visits and client meetings. Promote key brands and products in the stationery portfolio. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity. Collect feedback from clients to improve product assortment and service. Share daily/weekly sales reports with management. Requirements: Experience in B2B sales is a plus. (stationery or FMCG preferred). Strong local market knowledge of Lucknow and nearby towns. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally using own vehicle (fuel reimbursement provided). Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and Accounts. Fixed Salary with performance based incentives.
