Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a media-savvy individual passionate about innovative content and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in media sales and marketing, particularly with a focus on branded content, media partnerships, and creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in the media and content space.
• Support end-to-end client servicing – from initial outreach and pitching to campaign execution and reporting.
• Develop proposals, marketing decks, and campaign strategies tailored to client requirements.
• Liaise between internal creative teams and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery of branded content.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Assist in building the organization’s brand image and visibility across media and communication platforms.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights for clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Graduate in Mass Media or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Media Sales & Marketing (preferably with content production houses, media agencies, or digital platforms).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A creative mindset with a business development approach.
• Good understanding of branded content, media planning, and execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
