Job Description

Role Overview

Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

1. Sales Support & Customer Coordination

Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, website, and WhatsApp
Explain basic machine features and coordinate customer meetings
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
Support senior sales staff during sales visits and negotiations
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order execution

2. Marketing & Lead Generation Support

Assist in basic digital marketing activities (social media posts, email campaigns)
Maintain and update customer and lead databases in Excel/CRM
Support preparation of brochures, catalogues, and presentations
Assist during exhibitions, plant visits, and demos

3. MIS Reporting & Internal Coordination

Maintain daily/weekly sales reports, inquiry status, and order tracking
Update CRM / Excel sheets for leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams

Key Skills Required

Basic communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn industrial products and sales processes
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email
Ability to handle customer follow-ups and multitasking
Willingness to travel for occasional sales and customer meetings
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile

Diploma / Graduate in Marketing, Mechanical, or any relevant field
Technical background will be an added advantage

Freshers with strong MIS reporting & digital marketing skills may also apply.
