Business Executive

Position Overview

The Business Coordination Executive will act as a bridge between Management, Internal Departments, and Customers. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of business operations through timely MIS reporting, task follow-ups, customer & sales coordination, and support in digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be analytical, well-organized, and proactive in driving tasks toward closure without frequent supervision.

Role & Responsibilities

1. MIS Reporting & Data Analysis

• Collect daily/weekly/monthly data from production, stores, purchase, and sales departments and prepare analysis reports.
• Follow up with production, purchase, stores, and design departments on behalf of management.

2. Business & Sales Coordination

• Follow up with internal departments on behalf of management for pending tasks and deadlines.
• Support in preparing techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the design and costing teams.
• Maintain customer database, inquiry tracker, and sales/order pipeline while coordinating with customers for visits, demos, discussions, and execution status.

3. Marketing & Digital Support

• Assist in social media posting and marketing campaigns (product and company updates).
• Help update brochures, presentations, website pages, company profiles and generating online leads from directories/portals.
• Assist in exhibition/event coordination and marketing material preparation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Diploma in Business/Engineering/Marketing or equivalent.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in support/coordination (preferably machinery/industrial products).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing Basics social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM (added advantage).
• Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
