Sales and Marketing Executive

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, your role will involve sales and marketing of software products such as CRM software applications. You will be responsible for recognizing the needs of customers and should be willing to travel and meet clients regularly. Your key responsibilities will include: - Regular meetings with customers to identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities. - Identifying requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market. - Constructing sales pitches and presentations. - Converting leads into opportunities. - Developing a Sales Strategy. - Expanding the current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business. - Generating new business and raising awareness of other company products. - Working closely with Marketing to identify appropriate go-to-market messaging for specific business sectors. - Responding to incoming Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in a professional and creative manner, follow up on submissions, and close business deals. - Adhering to all quality standards and processes for the acquisition of customers, opportunities, and submission of tender and contract documents. - Providing regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity. - Possessing good listening and communication skills. - Having good English skills. - Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with vendors. - Reporting to the Head of Sales Department on project status, progress, budget, as well as on team members" performance and procurement status. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be required to: - Analyze project requests from management to identify project goals and objectives. - Manage deliverables, resource calendars, and expense reports.
