Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell cutting tools to industrial clients. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the cutting tool or related engineering industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven sales track record. Key Responsibilities:   Identify and generate leads for cutting tools in manufacturing, engineering, and machining industries.   Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their tooling requirements.   Promote suitable cutting tool products and solutions based on technical applications.   Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.   Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals.   Maintain client relationships and ensure after-sales service support.   Collaborate with technical teams for product demonstrations and support.   Collect market intelligence and competitor data to improve strategies.   Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management. Requirements:   Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.   2–5 years of experience in sales of cutting tools or industrial products (MANDATORY).   Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.   Ability to understand technical drawings and machining processes.   Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed.   Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
