Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara , Benguluru, Mumabia , Ahmedabad, Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Engineer. The Sales and Marketing Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions for the sales team. The role also includes managing sales operations, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and product demand.

• Experience in Training and developing sales teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the HVAC or manufacturing industry is a plus
