As a Technical Sales Engineer specializing in Stainless-Steel Process Equipment for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of products, including Reaction vessels (50 Ltr to 40,000 Ltr), Jacketed Vessels, Limpet coil Vessels, Condenser & Heat Exchanger (1sq meter to 200 sq. meters), Storage tank, Sigma Mixer, Drum Flaker, Filters, Ribbon Blender, Plough Mixer, Crystallizer, Resin Plant, Grease Plant, and distillation unit. The primary focus will be on engaging with Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries
• Technical Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of the technical specifications and applications of stainless-steel process equipment, including Reaction vessels (50 Ltr to 40,000 Ltr), Jacketed Vessels, Limpet coil Vessels, Condenser & Heat Exchanger (1sq meter to 200 sq. meters), Storage tank, Sigma Mixer, Drum Flaker, Filters, Ribbon Blender, Plough Mixer, Crystallizer, Resin Plant, Grease Plant, and distillation unit
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to provide informed guidance to customers.
• Sales and Relationship Management:
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including Chemical and pharmaceutical industries to understand their specific requirements.
- Provide technical consultations and product presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits and features of the stainless-steel process equipment.
• Proposal Development:
- Prepare detailed and customized proposals based on client needs, including technical specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure proposals align with technical requirements
• Customer Support:
- Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, addressing technical queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support and facilitate product training sessions as needed.
• Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to recommend product improvements and innovations.
• Sales Targets:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for the assigned product range.
- Regularly review sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience 3-5 years in technical sales, preferably in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry or related fields.
• Strong understanding of stainless-steel process equipment and its applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as required.
SALARY RANGE: 30 TO 40K + INCENTIVE
