Sellers Umbrella Inc. is an international agency experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a highly motivated, career-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Representative. This is not a typical 8-to-5 job; it's a demanding, high-potential role for those who are ready to invest in a career with immense growth potential. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional English communication skills and a relentless drive to succeed in the US market. You will be responsible for engaging with inbound leads, prospecting for new opportunities, and managing the sales process from start to finish, all while operating with a high degree of discipline and accountability.

Compensation & Training Structure (Non-Negotiable)

We are committed to investing in the right talent. Your compensation structure is designed to reward commitment, performance, and long-term success:

  • Initial Training Period (First 3 Months): A fixed stipend of ₹20,000 per month will be provided during this intensive training and probation period. This phase is critical for mastering our services, sales processes, and internal systems.
  • Post-Training Compensation: Upon successful completion of the 3-month training period, your compensation will transition to a high-growth structure:
  • Negotiable Base Salary: A competitive base salary will be discussed and finalized based on your performance during the training period and your demonstrated potential.
  • Target-Based Commissions: Significant and attractive target-based commissions will form a key part of your total earnings, directly linking your income to your success and the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Sales: Promptly follow up on new inbound leads and conduct proactive outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities in the US.

Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.

Lead Management: Nurture leads through the sales funnel, building strong relationships and guiding them toward becoming long-term clients.

CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and lead interactions in Zoho CRM.

Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Detailed Daily Reporting

Due to the nature of our international business, the night shift timings, and the high-stakes nature of our sales process, detailed daily reporting is a non-negotiable deal-breaker. This structured reporting is a catalyst for success and a measure of commitment.

  • Daily Task Reporting: You will be required to submit a comprehensive daily report detailing all tasks completed.
  • Performance Metrics: The report must include a clear breakdown of targets achieved, targets missed, opportunities lost, and a brief analysis of the reasons behind these outcomes.
  • Accountability: This reporting structure is designed to ensure maximum accountability, provide immediate feedback, and facilitate rapid process improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced: You have 1-4 years of proven experience in an outbound or inbound sales role, preferably in eCommerce, digital services, or selling to the US/international markets.
  • Exceptional English Communication: You must have outstanding verbal and written English skills, with a clear and confident communication style suitable for sales calls with native speakers.
  • Proactive & Takes Initiative: You are a self-starter who is eager to learn and can work effectively with less oversight. You actively look for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
  • CRM Familiarity: You have hands-on experience with CRM software. Familiarity with Zoho CRM is a plus.
  • Resilient & Goal-Oriented: You have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and are driven by achieving sales targets.
