Job Description

You are a results-driven sales professional with expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and experience in the international market. Shrimana Tech Services LLP is seeking a Business Sales Executive to enhance and oversee the global client base. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through cold calling, outreach, and prospecting. You will build and nurture strong relationships with international clients in the UK, US, and Canada. Maintaining regular communication with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships is crucial. You will manage and convert leads throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Conducting market research to identify trends and competitive positioning and tracking performance metrics to meet or exceed targets are also part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of sales experience, particularly in international markets. Proven success in lead generation and end-to-end sales processes is required. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills, along with CRM experience, are beneficial. Comfort with working onsite during UK and USA shifts is necessary, and immediate joiners are preferred. As a Business Sales Executive, you will enjoy a full-time onsite role at the Gandhinagar office of Shrimana Tech Services LLP.
