Job Description

Regional sales and Branch Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting branch admission targets.
  • Responsible for hiring and replacing sales executive suitable for the role within the timeline.
  • Ensure all admissions are enrolled without refunds and delay in batch completions.
  • Ensure branch operations KPI are met such as exams , trainer utilisation and placements.
  • Ensure Resource are following leave policy and work timings.
  • Responsible fot retention and utilisation of resources.
  • Responsible to hire quality Trainers to the branch as back up.
  • Meet and exceed branch sales targets by coordinating with the sales team and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
  • Handle marketing activities, including public relations, university and company visits.
  • Organize and coordinate events conducted by RedTeam to enhance engagement and visibility.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee learners' activities, such as conducting examinations, delivering learning materials, and tracking success and placement rates.
  • Implement and enforce SOPs to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality through proper data handling and adherence to the clean desk policy.
  • Report branch progress and key activities to the Manager and Directors.
  • Submit daily activity logs to the reporting manager for transparency and accountability.
  • Provide soft skills training to learners when necessary to enhance their professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in branch management, senior sales, or operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets and drive sales growth.
  • Experience in event coordination and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to implement and monitor SOPs effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
