Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Sales and Application Engineer position. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, delivering technical and sales support, and identifying customer needs to recommend appropriate technical solutions. The role involves providing expertise in mechanical engineering applications, collaborating with customers to enhance their operations, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering for industrial or technical products
• Technical Support experience, including troubleshooting and client consultations
• Knowledge and application skills in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship management abilities
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address customer requirements
• Ability to work effectively on-site and engage directly with customers
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant (3-4 years) sales and engineering experience, preferably in the industrial tools and consumables sector.
