Job Description

As a professional in the field of industrial automation, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients within sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, and process industries. You will play a crucial role in identifying and onboarding new clients to expand our client base and reach. In addition to client acquisition, you will be tasked with promoting and demonstrating our diverse product portfolio, which includes fieldbus modules, IO systems, power supplies, and interface technologies. Your ability to effectively showcase these products will be essential in driving sales and increasing our market presence. To ensure the success of our sales efforts, you will be expected to develop and implement strategic sales plans aimed at achieving and surpassing sales targets. Your expertise in sales strategy will be instrumental in driving business growth and maximizing revenue. Market research will also be a key aspect of your role, as you will be required to conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, monitor competitor activity, and uncover potential business opportunities. This information will be crucial in shaping our sales and marketing strategies. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a fundamental part of your job. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships and fostering new ones to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Your ability to establish trust and rapport with clients will be essential in driving long-term success. Collaboration with the technical team will be necessary to provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients. Your understanding of our products and services, coupled with your technical expertise, will enable you to address client inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience. As part of your role, you will be expected to prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to the management team. Your insights and analysis will be valuable in tracking performance, identifying areas for improvement, and making informed business decisions.
